Shipping and delivery.
How your order travels from our shop to your door, and what to do if it does not arrive as expected.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, and to a wide range of international destinations. Some oversized items — full stacks, large PA systems, heavy cases — may be UK-only, and the checkout will tell you if your basket cannot ship to your address.
International orders may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by your own customs authority and are not collected by us.
Charges
Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout and is calculated from your basket before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free by our standard service.
Next-day delivery is available on in-stock items ordered before the cutoff shown at checkout; the cutoff moves on public holidays.
Timescales
Standard delivery is typically one to three working days within the UK. Next-day means the next working day after dispatch, not the next calendar day.
Everything quoted is an estimate based on our carriers' normal performance. If a carrier is disrupted, we tell you as soon as we know so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.
Tracking
Every parcel carries a tracking number, emailed to you when it leaves us. Tracking sometimes takes a few hours to show its first scan — that is the carrier's system catching up, not a sign that the parcel is missing.
If tracking has shown no movement for two working days, contact us and we will chase it rather than make you do it.
Failed deliveries
Couriers will normally attempt delivery twice and leave a card if nobody is in, then hold the parcel at a local depot for a short period. Please collect it promptly; uncollected parcels come back to us.
If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed we refund the goods, less the delivery cost we incurred.
Missing or damaged parcels
Check the packaging before you sign, and if the box is torn or open, note it with the driver and photograph it. Report damage or a short delivery within 48 hours so we can begin a claim while the parcel's journey is still traceable.
Failed or incomplete claims do not affect your rights under consumer law — tell us about the problem and we will sort it out.
Collecting from the store
You can choose to collect from our shop instead of having an order shipped. We will email you when it is ready, and we are happy to hold it for a reasonable period.
Please bring the order confirmation and photo identification if someone else is collecting on your behalf.
