The ways you can pay, including paying in three and cash on delivery.
Ways to pay
We accept the major debit and credit cards, and the wallets and instalment options shown at checkout. Everything is processed by our payment provider — card details are entered on their systems and never reach our servers.
If a payment is declined, the most common causes are a billing address that does not match the card, a daily spending limit, or a security check by your bank. Your bank can usually tell you which.
Pay in 3
Eligible baskets can be split into three interest-free instalments through our finance partners. Eligibility is decided by the provider, not by us, and a soft credit check may be carried out when you apply.
The provider sets the terms, and your agreement is with them. We are paid in full at the point of sale, so the instalments do not affect your statutory rights against us.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on selected postcodes and baskets up to a value limit shown at checkout. The driver collects the full amount in cash — please have the exact amount ready, as they cannot make change and cannot accept cards.
If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel, we refund the goods but not the outbound delivery cost. Repeated refusals may mean the option is withdrawn from future orders.
Keeping your details safe
Traffic to the site is encrypted, and we never ask for card details by email, by phone or in a chat message. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us — please report it.
We hold only what is needed to identify a payment and refund it: a reference, the amount and the outcome. Full card numbers are held by the provider.
Refunds and returns
Refunds go back to the original payment method, so if you paid by card the money returns to that card, and a finance agreement is settled by the provider when an order is refunded.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer; we will ask for the account details over a secure channel when the return is processed.
